Welcome to my site! Apart from a 4-year stay in Greenville, SC for my bachelor’s degree, I have been a Pennsylvanian resident since birth. After studying Chinese at Qingdao Ligong Daxue (Qingdao Technological University) for a year, I came back to Huangdao where I teach English at China University of Petroleum. I also have a M.A. in Theological Studies, which I completed at Calvary Baptist Theological Seminary.

I enjoy many things in life. I have always enjoyed immersing myself into an engaging book. I also enjoy composing songs on the piano or playing one of my Rachmaninoff favorites. On the sports side, soccer has been and will always be my favorite sport. Volleyball and biking are distant second and third places. I love outdoor activities too. Whether it’s hiking, camping, biking, or kayaking, I would choose them any day over a lazy summer day watching reruns on the TV.
